CYCLE

Our cycle classes are a full body workout that is to the beat of the music and built by your instructor to be different every class. Our classes will encourage you to feel strong, motivated, and challenged. We are here to guide and encourage you to push beyond limits you never thought possible.

X45
Our 45-minute class is a combines various speeds, levels of resistance, and pieces of choreography for a head-to-toe spin. Each instructor builds their class to encourage you to feel strong, capable, and challenged.

X60
This is our standard cycle class, but 15 minutes extra to sweat. This is where true growth happens. NYXX the excuse and clip in.

X30
Our 30-minute class is still full body and packs a punch. It allows you to get in, get straight to work, and get on with your busiest days.

STRENGTH

The Rack Station

  • The Equipment

    Squat Racks, Barbells, Hex Bars, Dumbbells, Bodyweight

  • The Experience

    BIG Lifts. At the Rack expect to dominate the barbells and dumbbells. You’ll work through traditional large muscle group lifts focusing on your lower body, back, and shoulders paired with additional accessory work to compliment your larger muscle groups. 

The Bench Station

    Benches, Dumbbells, Bodyweight 

  • The Experience

    At the Bench expect a heavy emphasis on building strength in your upper body.  You’ll work through programming focused on chest, shoulders, back, biceps, triceps, and everything in between. 

The MAXX Station

  • The Equipment

    Battle Ropes, SkiErg, Bodyweight, Dumbbells, Slam Balls

  • The Experience

    At The MAXX expect to enhance your strength training with conditioning drills focused on maxxing out your power and speed.  You’ll work through movements focused on increasing your heart rate through strength-based cardio. 

The Build Station

    Boxes, Bands, Dumbbells, Bodyweight 

  • The Experience 

    At the Build, expect to build upon the programming your instructor team has crafted for you each class. Each class will have a focus on certain muscle groups or movement patterns and the Build station will provide the building blocks to enhance the programming for the day. 

NYXX + WILD GARDEN WELLNESS

Join us monthly in partnership with Laura, Owner of Wild Garden Wellness for a full-body meditative experience through crystal alchemy bowls. Allow the soothing vibrations and harmonious tones to wash over and guide you into a state of tranquility & balance. The vibrations from the bowls are believed to stimulate the body's natural healing processes, promoting physical, emotional and spiritual balance. Additional benefits include; improved sleep, stress relief, eased anxiety, and increased focus. 

Your body temperature will drop during the sound bath, please dress in layers. You are welcome to bring a blanket for additional comfort. 

Please arrive 10 minutes before to get checked in and grounded. Doors will lock promptly at 6:55 to ensure the safety of others.
